Content
This presentation will focus on the new arrangements for private training providers and colleges when delivering programmes in the workplace. Ainsley will be looking specifically at:
- The need to change delivery methodologies
- The collection of fees
- How to provide a ‘value-for-money’ service to employers
He will also review the new Apprenticeship and Train-to-Gain funding rates as well as wage payments to be made to apprentices. This online presentation will be of particular interest to managers in both private training providers and colleges.
Speaker
Ainsley Cheetham has worked as a consultant with Network Training delivering curriculum support to colleges across the UK. Before this, he held the post of Assistant Principal of Business Development at the City of Bath College. He has worked extensively with colleges and more recently Learning & Skills Councils and College Training Providers on the development of curriculum and funding. Activities in this area have included cross-college curriculum modelling and reviewing the curriculum to ensure cost effectiveness and meeting the needs of learners, employers and national learning and skills targets.
