About the ALPSE Network
ALPSE is the association of learning providers for the South East of England. It is made up of three representatives from each of the five learning provider networks in the region. Each learning provider network represents providers who have contracts that are directly managed by the Learning and Skills Council for e2e, Apprenticeships and Train to Gain.
ALPSE and Skills South East (SSE)
Both ALPSE and SSE are aware of the importance that Government place on Train to Gain and the contribution that it makes to the skills, knowledge and qualifications of adults. They are also aware of Government’s drive to continue to improve the programme in respect of success rates and timely completions. In view of this, we wish to strengthen our mutual links in a number of ways to ensure that together we can achieve our required goals and targets. This agreement is outlined in the Service Level Agreement.
