• Establishing a strategic, whole organisation approach to your literacy, language and numeracy provision.
• Embedding literacy, language and numeracy skills development across your provision.
• Improving the quality and increasing the quantity of your numeracy offer.
• Being responsive to the New Approach to English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) and to the needs of other priority groups.
• Building the capacity of your literacy, language and numeracy teacher and teacher training workforce.
• Initial, diagnostic and ongoing assessment.
• Developing flexible delivery models.
• Employability skills.
  
• Be supported in-house by an experienced practitioner / manager from a high performing provider in the South East region with expertise in your chosen priority areas.
  

• Work collaboratively with other local providers in peer working group meetings and receive a grant of £750 to help towards staff costs and travel.
